Love Handle Workouts

Hey There Love Handle Workouts Enthusiast!

My name is Amy and I’m a workout nut!  I enjoy gut busting love handle workouts that give me a great abdominal workout to get me started with my home workouts and help keep my entire body toned. I’ve been using a new piece of abs fitness equipment for several months now and I must say it’s the coolest, simplest and least expensive piece of home workout equipment I’ve ever owned.

I am talking about the total body workout, TRX Suspension Training home fitness equipment.  It’s awesome!  And it will work your core and every other muscle group in your body like nothing I’ve ever tried.  Can you say “flat stomach”?

If you are interested in toning up, strengthening your core or trying to get a total body workout, I encourage you to give the TRX Suspension equipment a serious try.  It has made me much stronger – definitely not just  another abs workout – my entire body is stronger after just two-three times per week for about 4 months now.  I really like the fact that my muscles let me know when I’ve had a great abs workout or legs, arms, butt, back workout as well.  The TRX does it all.
