Thanks for visiting my site. I’ve been in the “mood” for abdominal workouts and all sorts of core strengthening exercises to reduce love handles and just get very toned, for many years now. I’ve done endless crunches, countless stair master steps and much more. Now my love handle workouts have taken on a whole new meaning.
Recently (about 4 months ago) I stumbled onto a new piece of equipment – the TRX Suspension Training system and wow – what a difference. I actually never even heard of it, until I joined the YMCA and a personal trainer introduced it to me. I’m really excited, ’cause now, just 4 months later, I have a chance to be in one of those wicked cool, TRX Suspension Training videos you see bouncing all over youtube and this site as well – Here’s a couple you can watch right now.
So, until that video gets done, or until I get brave enough to try to record one on my own, here’s are some fantastic abdominal workout ideas and exercises for love handles that you might enjoy – using the TRX, of course.
